There is no “Tom Gabel, soon to be Laua Jane Grace.”
There is no “He is soon to be a woman.”
There is no “He is turning into a woman” and there is damn well no “he” or “him” left to be used.
Laura is transitioning into the person she has always been. Stop pretending that this didn’t exist until now, just because she didn’t tell us until a week ago.
And for the love of fuck, use the proper pronouns. It’s the easiest way to show that you aren’t a total scumfuck with no idea how to treat a transgender woman (hint: Same as anyone else).
